Frequently Asked Questions
What is your turn around time?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be received and printed as well as an additional few business days for shipping, depending on where the order will be shipped to. We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, via email.
Lost package in transit?
Please contact USPS and file a claim before contacting us. Once you receive your tracking number, this means that My Town Apparel no longer has control over your package and any issue thereafter will need to be worked out with USPS.
Can you put a RUSH on that?
We can definitely turn an order around in a few days, however, there will be a rush charge added to your order. Please be sure to email us at mytownapparel@gmail.com and let us know your situation so we can work with you!
What's all this talk about designing my shirt for free?
If you have an awesome idea for a shirt, we will definitely design it for free but please keep in mind, our purpose is to design and create t-shirts that others would want to wear. We're not gonna create a logo for your company and post it on our site for others to buy (please see the next FAQ for an inquiry like that).
Will you print personal orders, like shirts for my softball team?
We would LOVE to print any and all shirts that you might need. Whether it's for your softball team, your new band, your company picnic... whatever the situation might be, we will be more than happy to work with you. Please email us if you are in need of something like this as your quantity will be higher than most orders placed on our site and you will probably qualify for cheaper prices. Do you do other custom design work, or just T-Shirts?
While t-shirts are our main thing, we definitely do custom graphic design work. Whether its a new logo, a poster or things such as business cards and brochures, we will do it all. Our current rate is $40 an hour. Please email us at mytownapparel@gmail.com and we help you out!
